Shipping and Returns
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping anything back to us.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Once orders are shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number. All orders are shipped using UPS.
Items can not be returned if opened or seal is broken. Due to changes in climate and moisture in the air the consistency of the contents of the products may change. This does not in any way change the products intended use. Please contact us if you feel the product consistency is not to your standard.
If your order is incomplete or the incorrect item(s) were shipped. Contact us immediately.
When contacting us regarding a return please use “RETURN” in the subject box.
We are dedicated to a providing you with excellent customer service. Please allow 24 hours for a response as we formulate a solution that best fits your needs.
Shipping rates are determined after entering your ship locations state, zip code and location type. Your location Type can be residential, commercial (business), PO Box, or Military. Once this is entered our systems determine the cost of shipping your order and it will be displayed on the website.
We offer the following shipping methods via UPS:
3 Day Select
2nd Day Air
Next Day Air Saver
Next Day Air Early AM
Next Day Air
Methods available can depend on the shipping location selected.
We have multiple warehouses throughout the United States. Delivery time highly depends on your shipping location, but in most large urban areas delivery can be as quick as one or two business days when shipping with UPS.
We DO NOT ship on weekends.
If returning a product, please contact us with ALL the following information:
Item number, quantity, and product description
Date of purchase (No returns will be accepted after 7 days)
Reason for return (Incorrect product received, product was damaged, customer order error, etc.)
Returns must be packed in unmarked boxes or original boxes.
Returned products must not be marked or damaged in any manner and must be in a resalable condition.
When we receive the above information, we will issue you a RA# (RETURN AURTHORIZATION NUMBER). The RA# will be provided within 3-5 business days. The customers need to mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #'s clearly marked on them will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
All returns must be mailed within 7 days from when the customer receives the RA#.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned.
When you receive your order and learn of a missing item(s) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. *Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned. No Cash refunds given on returns.
We are not responsible for melted item(s). See Cold Packs. Do not throw away damaged items as they will have to be sent back to us. We will not accept returns on melted products. Item(s) are professionally packaged and damages to them are very rare. Please contact us with damaged products concerns.
Cold Packs are available upon your request to prevent products from melting. A $9.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting cold packs. IF YOU FEEL YOUR ITEM(S) NEEDS TO STAY COOL PLEASE ADVISE US.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY
Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customer will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. If the product is available at one of our other warehouses, the order is automatically shipped in split/multiple shipments. If product is out of stock once order is completed, you will receive a full refund for out of stock products.
